1 Introduction & Acceptance

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User," "you," or "your") and 777bx ("the Platform," "we," "us," or "our") governing your access to and use of the website located at https://777bx.bio and all associated services, games, betting markets, and features offered thereunder.

By registering an account, depositing funds, placing a bet, or otherwise using any part of the 777bx platform, you unconditionally accept these Terms in their entirety. If you do not agree with any provision contained herein, you must immediately cease using the platform and close your account.

777bx reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform following notification of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. The date shown at the top of this page reflects when the current version came into effect.

2 Eligibility & Registration

To register and maintain an account with 777bx, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at all times:

• You are a natural person aged 21 years or older.
• You are registering on your own behalf and not on behalf of a third party.
• You are not an employee, contractor, agent, or family member of an employee of 777bx or any of its affiliated companies.
• You are not located in a jurisdiction where online gambling is explicitly prohibited by applicable law.
• You have not previously had an account closed or suspended by 777bx for any breach of these Terms.

During registration you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information, including your full legal name, date of birth, email address, and contact number. Providing false, misleading, or incomplete registration information is a material breach of these Terms and will result in immediate account closure without return of funds.

777bx operates a strict one-account policy. Each user is entitled to register only one account. If duplicate accounts are detected — whether identified by name, CNIC number, device fingerprint, IP address, payment method, or household address — 777bx reserves the right to close all associated accounts, void any pending bets, and forfeit all balances without prior notice.

Age verification is mandatory. 777bx will request documentary proof of age (such as a valid CNIC or passport) at the time of registration or at any subsequent point. Accounts where age verification has not been completed may have withdrawals suspended until verification is satisfactorily concluded.

3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your 777bx account credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes. You must not share your login details with any other person under any circumstances.

Any activity carried out through your account — whether by you or by any third party who has gained access to your credentials — is your responsibility. 777bx will not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access to your account where such access resulted from your failure to keep your credentials secure.

If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify 777bx support immediately via live chat. We will investigate promptly and may temporarily suspend your account pending the outcome of that investigation.

4 Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on 777bx are conducted in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). Deposits made via JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, Allied Bank, SadaPay, USDT TRC20, and Retail Cash are subject to minimum and maximum limits as displayed on the cashier page at the time of transaction. These limits may be revised by 777bx at any time without prior notice.

Deposits are credited to your 777bx wallet as soon as the transaction is confirmed on the relevant payment network. 777bx is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors, bank downtime, or network congestion outside our control.

Withdrawals are subject to the following conditions:

• Your account must have passed KYC verification before any withdrawal is processed.
• The withdrawal amount must not exceed your verified real-money balance (bonus funds are non-withdrawable until wagering requirements are met).
• Withdrawals must be made to a payment method previously used to deposit into your account, unless otherwise approved by our finance team.

5 Bonuses & Promotions

777bx offers a range of promotional bonuses including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, and event-based promotions tied to PSL, ICC tournaments, and Pakistani national holidays. All bonuses are subject to specific terms that are published on the relevant promotion page and incorporated by reference into these Terms.

Unless stated otherwise, the following general bonus rules apply across all 777bx promotions:

• Bonuses carry a wagering requirement that must be satisfied before bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn.
• Only one bonus may be active per account at any given time unless explicitly stated otherwise.
• Bonuses are not transferable between accounts and have no cash value until wagering requirements are fully met.
• Free bets and free spins awarded as part of promotions must be used within the validity period stated on the offer. Unused free bets or spins will expire automatically.
• 777bx reserves the right to withdraw, amend, or cancel any promotion at any time. Where a promotion is cancelled after a user has partially met wagering requirements, any unconverted bonus funds will be removed and the deposited principal will be restored.

6 Betting Rules

All bets placed on 777bx are subject to the specific rules of the relevant game or sports market, as displayed within the platform. By placing a bet you confirm that you have read and understood the applicable rules for that bet type.

For sports betting, including cricket, PSL matches, UFC events, and other markets:

• Bets are accepted at the odds displayed at the time of placement. 777bx does not guarantee that quoted odds will remain available.
• In the event of a match abandonment, postponement, or void, bets will be settled according to the specific sport rules published on the platform.
• Live (in-play) bets are accepted subject to system availability. 777bx reserves the right to suspend in-play markets at any time without notice.
• Obvious pricing errors — such as odds that are clearly incorrect due to a technical fault — will be voided. Stakes will be returned in such cases.
• Maximum payout limits per bet and per event apply and are displayed within the relevant market.

For casino games, slots, fishing games, and live dealer tables, the rules of each individual game are provided within the game interface. Return-to-player (RTP) percentages are supplied by the game providers and are independently certified.

7 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 777bx platform. Violation of any of these prohibitions may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and reporting to relevant authorities where required by law:

• Engaging in match-fixing, collusion with other players, or any form of coordinated cheating.

• Registering multiple accounts for the purpose of claiming bonuses more than once.

• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or copy any part of the 777bx platform.

8 Intellectual Property

All content on the 777bx platform — including but not limited to software, source code, design, graphics, text, logos, game assets, and promotional materials — is the exclusive intellectual property of 777bx or its licensed content providers. All rights are reserved.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the platform for personal entertainment purposes only. This licence does not permit you to reproduce, distribute, modify, publicly display, or create derivative works from any platform content without our prior written consent.

9 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, 777bx shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from your use of the platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill.

777bx's aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or related to your use of the platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you in the twelve months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

While we strive for maximum uptime, 777bx makes no warranties — express or implied — regarding the availability, accuracy, or reliability of the platform or its content. Scheduled maintenance, emergency outages, or third-party disruptions may cause temporary unavailability for which 777bx will not be held liable.

10 Privacy & Data

Your personal data is collected, processed, and stored in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which is available at 777bx.bio/privacy-policy. The Privacy Policy forms part of these Terms and should be read alongside them.

By registering with 777bx you consent to the collection and processing of your personal information as described in the Privacy Policy, including for identity verification, fraud prevention, and compliance with anti-money laundering regulations.

11 Responsible Gaming

777bx is firmly committed to responsible gaming. We believe that gambling should be an enjoyable form of entertainment and not a source of financial or personal harm. The following tools are available to all registered users at any time via the account settings panel:

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without notice, if we reasonably believe you have violated these Terms, engaged in fraudulent activity, or if we are required to do so by applicable law or regulatory directive. Upon termination, any real-money balance (net of applicable deductions) will be returned to your verified payment method, subject to completion of any outstanding KYC requirements.

You may close your account at any time by contacting our support team. Upon voluntary closure, any real-money balance will be refunded to your verified payment method within a reasonable timeframe. Active bonuses will be forfeited upon account closure.

13 Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable under the international gaming licence under which 777bx operates. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved through our internal complaints procedure shall be subject to binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the relevant licensing authority.

Nothing in this clause shall prevent either party from seeking urgent injunctive or other equitable relief from a court of competent jurisdiction where necessary to prevent irreparable harm.
